This process started in july 2021 it has just been finished in january 2022. Covid creates delays which are unavoidable. However, when finally on site in December 2021 windows were missing, windows were the wrong size, windows had the wrong finish etc. Also, the company designed a scheme with large windows but seemingly had no idea how to actually install them. Thankfully they employed a subcontractor who was excellent and figured it all out
