From the first phone call until the fitment took probably 3 months. Very disorganised at the start but the actual payment to fitment process was very smooth.

Always been happy when I used Alpine in the past. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. There were just a couple of issues we had this time which tarnished the overall dealing:1. No time was given for arrival on the 1st day – we waited in especially & the team arrived approx. 11:30am. We received a call about 9:30am to say they would be there within the hour, but that was all. 2. Tidiness inside at the end was largely ok, with just a bit of tidying up needed. There were a few issues with missed dates, but once on site the installer (Trevor) was fantastic and the results are great, we love them.

I’ve previously used Alpine on several occasions on three properties, and always been happy with their performance & service.

I have used this firm on 5 different occasions over the last 6 years.We have now replaced every window and door in the house using their services. We always have been perfectly satisfied with the workmanship and never have had a problem with anything. I would highly recommend Alpine to anyone.
