David and Jonathan are brothers in this family business. Between them they completed the re-roof and re-Velux of my single storey lean to extension. They were competent and fully conversant with Velux window systems and roofing. They worked hard and efficiently on the job with very good verbal communication skills and written email skills giving clarity for pricing and work scheduling. On the job they were polite and respectful, no loud music, no shouting or swearing and seemed rather surprised that I would chat with them and provide flasks of hot coffee. I really appreciate what they have done to get my roof back to a very good standard after the very poor initial installation 19 years ago ( by some not so competent builders). Service levels excellent and pricing was very fair in my opinion. A deposit was required before work started to buy materials (Velux windows and flashings/ tiles/battens etc.) and to secure scaffold and skip hire.
