I am thrilled with my job!

Very friendly staff also work was carried out to a very hight standard.

The fitter was amazing but there was poor customer service from office.

Lovely windows.

From the initial contact thru to the survey and on to the fitting the service I have received has been exemplary. Any issues that have been raosed during this time have been quickly and efficiently resolved. A first class british company.

Brilliant

We're happy with the product and the response we have had when we have raised an issue or two. Unfortunately the standard of the work by the fitters has let Active Windows down.
AWs are aware and they have already parted company with one of the fitters.
As I have written I'm satisfied with the response from the company, but unfortunately the fitters let everyone down.

The sales and surveying side were very good but let down by the installation.

Good service. We were kept in touch every step of the way with problems as it was an unusual job. The window fitter was excellent and had good interpersonal skills as did his Manager. Thank you for taking care of the job.

Could the fitters please return the blue mug given to me for Christmas with dad on it they went away with when they left and the scaffolding has been up over a week now please arrange for removal

Couldn't get measurements right had to come back on four occasions
