I would definitely recommend Gary who surveys and advises on the installation and his son actually does the installation, he goes the extra mile by suggesting how to care for the windows and finishings of the installation. He leaves the place internally and externally very tidy.
The quality of product and workmanship was first class.The communication and customer support was severely lacking.I had to constantly chase the company director on the CERTASS certification and I have yet to receive a receipt for all the work carried out.
very courteous and professional throughout – no hard sell and very informative to help make decision. There was no rushing with the work onsite and where needed the fitters discussed with me any preferences. Great service and value for money
Unfortunately it�s a qualified yes to the previous question above.The pre sales advice and design from Will and Gary was excellent. However the installation required several return visits to correct faults which was very disappointing.
Fantastic service and workmanship. I’d thoroughly reccommend Dorwyn Ltd for both products and installation. NB. I am still waiting for a small job to be finished off as one component supplied was the wrong colour. They have ordered a replacement which they still need to fit. The installers said that when they came back to do that they would also tidy up the exterior edge around the bathroom window.
Will was excellent. Very friendly and helpful, would thoroughly recommend.
In summary; – Promises were made on timescales which were not kept which led to us incurring additional costs with others- The bifold doors were measured wrong which means we’re left without the level threshold detail designed and we paid for- Products turned up on site the wrong size causing delays and additional costs held by us- Promises made on the products we would be receiving not kept, and I was charged additional costs to rectify – The contract included a payment schedule but Dorwyn insisted in over payment or threatened not finish the project or issue the Certass Certificate.

Shortened original lead time (due to to material becoming available sooner) was a pleasant outcome Fitters were respectful of space and tidiness A snag needed correcting but took some while to fix – loose seal on one window when closed at hinge side.Trickle vents confirmed in the order but missing on the product required retrofitting – detracts from the appearance detail
