A few issues with the supplier of the windows, such as cracked sashes, etc. but contractor has done a good job overall and has been in contact in a timely manner with dealing with some minor issues.

He was extremely polite and friendly as were his staff. He turned up when he said he would, he replied to all my messages promptly and the work was to a high standard. They were also extremely tidy whilst they worked which was something one of my neighbours commented on about them.

Ricky the business owner is very professional, understanding also as obviously with any work to your home, it can be stressful managing around family and pets, Ricky waa very considerate around the above and we really appreciate that as a family.He always answered messages and communicated very well and speedy responses.
