A few issues with the supplier of the windows, such as cracked sashes, etc. but contractor has done a good job overall and has been in contact in a timely manner with dealing with some minor issues.

He was extremely polite and friendly as were his staff. He turned up when he said he would, he replied to all my messages promptly and the work was to a high standard. They were also extremely tidy whilst they worked which was something one of my neighbours commented on about them.
