Shocked by the poor measurements taken. 2 windows were remade and fillets used on many windows to disguise gaps. Took 8 months. Began 5/12/2022. Installers left after 1 week to go to another site, leaving 10 windows and 1 door unfinished with gaps all around them. Due to return in January but rust appeared on cills, so inspected and decided to remove and reinstall all of them. Repair work and final installation done in April by a much improved second team, who I would have scored higher. Still 1 window was too small and had to be remade. Eventually fitted end August. On delivery the French doors were a poor fit, but due to time taken to remanufacture, we accepted them. We have had to create steps to camouflage the gap. Windows now appear satisfactory. Not a happy experience.
The product is good for older style properties as it retains the original style.
The workmen who installed the windows were efficient and as tidy as it is possible given the nature of the work.
Some damage done was very diffcult toresolve and took mre time than it should have.

shoddy installation and I had to get my builder to repair the plasterwork all rubbish was left on floor - windows had separation bars which were to short - surely that would have been noticed by the contractor... anyway the windows now are ok and everything has been eventually settled and put right. However as a premium product I would have expected this to be right from the beginning.
The first windows were both the wrong size and delivered late in the day such that the installer was working in the dark to (temporarily) fit them.
The replacement windows then took months to arrive and a few weeks after fitting some of the glazing bars fell off.
I also requested an additional rubber sealing strip for my existing Crittall window but this request was never fulfilled and no explanation given.
I had to contact the company repeatedly to get them to take any action.
Although a few problems with leakage, always receptive and turned up to fix the problem
