From first going into the showroom to the completion of the installation, everything went smoothly. The installers were cheerful, efficient and got on with the job with minimum disturbance. I have never had contractors work on a house like these guys. Ther=y were here for over 2 weeks and they were unintrusive, tidy and friendly – wonderful!

The fitter that installed the window was excellent. He was very polite and worked discreetly, we barely knew he was there. The work was carried out promptly, even though the old window frame was reluctant to come out. The fitter was mindful of our property and nothing was damaged or disrupted. His work was clean and everything was cleaned and hoovered before he left.I cannot thank him enough for the excellent work he carried out. He is a true ambassador for your company.

These 2x windows were only ordered for the 2005 extended part to the property at an extra cost of �1600 only too match the sculptured (not chamfered) frame design of the 5x previous replacement windows installed in September.The first installation crew were halted as they were the leaving the property as they had not silicone sealed between the inside trim and the window frames.They said they never do, strange! as the same crew member had sealed the frames on two of the windows of the September installation.Once they had left the property it was noticed that an outside window seal was

All safety standards and regulations were followed, and I was advised on items of my house that needed to be brought up to spec for a compliant installation. Very satisfied with the work. The only downside was the very long wait, on ordering a paying the deposit we were told a 18 week wait, this eventually turned out to be 26 weeks!

The contractor was let down on timings by manufacturer of Bifolds due to Aluminium shortage.All staff were very friendly but phone calls were not always returned promptly due to busy office and staff shortages at times.
