Hessian Cole did a great job advising me and installing the window and I am very pleased with the workmanship.My only difficulty was sometimes being able to communicate with the firm. I believe they are very busy (and I also had to negotiate with a tenant in the property) which made it more difficult to co-ordinate visits.

Very happy with quality of the work. Clean and tidy workers – even washed up coffee cups! Recommended!

The only reason for failing to give 10/10 in every category is that, during initial communications, we needed to chase up emails on two occasions.
