I really liked Neil's suggestion on an alternative Velux model and that he then went the extra mile to make sure we could adopt it. A very good installation overall although the final filling was somewhat untidy, maybe short of time at the end?

Neil was very helpful at every stage -- particularly the quotation stage -- giving us a range of options and prices. the installation was very smooth and tidy. The team of 3 worked quietly and virtually non stop to fit 4 replacement windows in just a few hours.

It took around 4 months to get the windows installed from the initial go ahead. Other than that Neil was excellent!

In terms of advice on product suitability, punctuality, workmanship, efficiency, tidiness, and friendliness, my wife and I are very happy with the work done by HessianCole. The only reason for failing to give 10/10 in every category is that, during initial communications, we needed to chase up emails on two occasions.
