Neil, who comes out to assess and measure up, is a patient, knowledgeable and friendly gentleman. His son and the rest of the installation team are also very friendly. They listened to any concerns, were very tidy and efficient with their work. They have done a wonderful job installing two doors and four windows to a Victorian terrace house which isn't easy, however they have made everything fit to a very high standard and the doors and windows look fantastic. The difference it has made to the house, especially as I had an issue with drafts, is really noticeable. Their after care service is also excellent. I have anxiety where work people are concerned when coming into my home but I can totally recommend SGS Ltd.

The contractor would not accept my concern that the bedroom window, which was specifically ordered as a fire escape window, did not open wide enough to comply with current regulations. After coming back to check it he again assured me that it was compliant. I had to then arrange a meeting with the Fire Safety Inspecting Officer, who confirmed to them that it did not open wide enough before they agreed to change the hinges in order for the window to open beyond the minimum required.

We have used SGS for all replacement windows and doors they offer a great reliable service and are very clean and tidy at a good price
