The contractor carried out the work in two phases. The first phase was good and very few minor defects but the second phase had multiple issues and the customer service dropped considerably.

They were helpful and flexible in getting a good product identified and answering questions, and then the gayest offer to build at the lowest price.Windows successfully and flexibly fitted around our holiday cottage guests.They were brilliant and extremely happy with the service.

Doors seem to be made to a good quality standard with no problems within the first few days, and fitted well. Finish of plastering, re-fitting skirting could have been better, but overall satisfactory.

Excellent, relaiable and very efficient.

Sorry cannot recommend due to wrong size windows supplied in first instance, deep scratch on one glass, wrong glass (not frosted) on one window and sealant finish very poor.Installation took 7 days instead of 4.

Everyone we met went out of their way to make sure we were happy at every stage. Sales were not in any way pushy and the installation team went above and beyond to leave the house clean and as tidy as possible, including removal of the old windows. Excellent job at a very competitive price. Would happily do business with this company again. Happy to recommend.
