Overall good. Corner of one brick chipped but touched up afterwards. The old window had an electric fan in it. The cable to it was switched off at the wall and cut before removing the window, but when I had an electrician round the next week he was annoyed that it hadn’t been made safe as it could’ve easily been switched back on again by accident.

There were some gaps and cracks under the trims of some window frames. I thought it’s appropriate to plaster just around the window frames BEFORE the final trims are put on. That caused concern regarding dampness coming through the property whilst waiting to sell it and possible condensation inside the glass frames. I had to battle it out that I’m not paying full amount BEFORE the replacement glass on the arch of front door was installed.
