Deposit paid 26 Feb 2024 on promise of completion end May 2024. Started 28 May 2024 and finally completed 3 Dec 2024. Mainly good tradesmen let down by incompetent management.

I found it difficult to make comments as the doors don’t fit properly and although having been told twice it is in hand, I have yet to have an appointment to have them adjusted. The installation is fine but I am not an expert to comment on the work.Otherwise it all seems okay and the workman was pleasant and careful.

They are ok, but as it took couple of days for their skip to arrive and only arrived late afternoon of the first day they arrived to start the job and it�s still sitting on my drive 12 days after the job finished. I received a receipt for the roof part of the job but still waiting for receipt for the new doors.

What an utter shambles!Installation was at the end of March.We are still waiting for them to come back and remove the swarf from all of the window vents. It took them FIVE attempts over two months, for correct installation of the windows, having to redo three as the sills were level and not angled to allow rainwater to run off. Most of the beading was put in the wrong way round which the installers blamed on the manufacturers and vice versa with us stuck in the middle having to wait whilst responsibility was established! The door was expertly fitted, on time and the job site was cleared up afterwards.The lock provided was not the one ordered, and that was rectified within a few days.

The scaffolding is still in situ two weeks after installation.A wall in our conservatory was damaged when bringing the new patio doors into the property but we agreed to make good and repair

The service I have received has been first class throughout with advice from their sales advisor, customer services team, a fantastic surveyor who solved some issues around one of my windows and a brilliant installation team. The quality of their products and the knowledge they have has been very impressive and their service is very professional. Very neat and Tidy Had slight problem with final external decoration, not the contractors fault but sudden change in coastal weather . All rectified the following day.

Replacement of all vPVC windows was successfully completed on time, by helpful & compentant work teams. Helpful advice was given when required, and the standard of product supplied is good. In the absence of lintels, Helical bars were recommended and fitted.

The windows are great, the chaps who installed them where great. We had some additional niggles, which they handled well. Slight downgrades on customer service – had some communication breakdowns late on, and tidiness – a couple of damaged ornaments and debris brushed into flower beds, rather than tidied away. Overall – the long term things – the windows 10/10

We are happy with the final installations overall. It took some time to get finished due to some internal miscommunication between teams. However, this was put right without question and the company were responsive and willing to listen. We would use them again and recommend them.

I am delighted by the work done to replace three doors and a window which has given the property a more up-to-date look. The contractors were timely, tidy and courteous and the work was completed to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the sails man to the surveyor and to the team who fitted our units my wife and I were kept in the loop from start to finish, And the units are ( in my opinion) are of a high standard and good quality.

I was very pleased with the work done by the contractorEfficient, professional and friendly installation of my porch windows and door.

Prior to the installation being completed the company missed 3 appointed installation dates. The communication and reliability of this company was very poor regarding this installation. Once the installation was completed we had a couple of issue’s which were addressed quickly and efficiently, the installers who carried out the installation were superb and the quality of the workmanship could not be faulted. Overall the management left a lot to be desired but the workforce who carried out the installation and remedial works were excellent and deserve praise for the professionalism they deliv

The communication that I received from the company was very poor, i was told by the salesman that the doors would be ready to fit in 8 to 10 weeks however when I called at 10 weeks of ordering I was told that the doors had only been put on order with the manufacturer yesterday and that the salesman had no right to misinform me or to give me a timescale…. which he had also written down on the contract! This wasn’t there issue apparently! I eventually had the doors fitted 4.5 Months after ordering them!I would not use this company again who in there tag line pride themselves on their communi

Great team installed my windows they were fast and efficient and listened to our queries and explained everything they were doing. They were aware my dad had Alzheimer�s and treated him with care and respect. It was unfortunate due to errors made by the first surveyor we had a large delay in getting our install of windows and doors but after re surveying by Rob all was correct. Although this was unacceptable the quality of product and install has been excellent and would reccomend this company

when we ordered the windows we were told that it was a fensa insurance did not inform us of the changefriendly workman but customer service is very poor, communication have made lots of telephone calls re faults and this insurance, eventually spoke to a director this week, finally received this after waiting since early october
