I can not fault them from the initial enquiry to the full installation.
I was quite an intense customer, exaplined I had difficulty with another provider and they were helpful in the office and when Jake came to site survey.
It is odd when you have someone just do the job…

Good all round service

We have no hesitation in leaving a positive review for JMF Windows who recently installed two new windows for us. We were impressed from the start with their clever website (which produced a neat, detailed and professional quote – with pictures – within an hour or so of our entering our job spec). Jake kindly came round in person to bring a colour swatch so we could ensure the colours matched our existing windows and then the job was booked in and an install date offered barely three weeks (!) after ordering! The icing on the cake was the two lovely fitters (Darrel & Ian) who did a cracking job, fixed our door to boot, and even came back the next day to make a minor adjustment which made it all perfect. We will look no further for new windows in the future. A pleasure dealing with a local firm like this. Thank you!

I would highly recommend JMF Window & Doors to anyone looking for great service.
I had several companies quote but decided to go with JMF due to their prompt and friendly service. Initial contact with Paul was quick and within 24 hours we had an appointment booked for someone to come out to discuss requirements.
There was no pressure selling trying to upgrade to different finishes etc (As experienced with another company). Jake appreciated that I would get the front of the house done now and the rest of the house later in the year but was happy to measure all the windows while there and quote for the entire house. Another company wanted me to have the whole house completed at once, something my finances would not allow!
After getting in all the quotes it was obvious I was going with JMF Windows due to the service of the entire team up to this point.
I was booked in for 4 weeks later after I had confirmed and looked forward to getting the windows fitted. I had a call 3 weeks later asking if they could fit some of the windows earlier than expected and as I work from home this was absolutely fine – not often do you get things earlier than expected. They completed the upstairs windows (4) in one day and came back the following week to complete the bay window (on the originally planned start date).
All window fitters were polite, on time, clean and tidy in their work and helpful in putting blinds back up.

Definitely use JMF , great, windows and doors. 
Nothing is too much trouble for Jake and his team of fitters. 
This is the fourth time I and my family have used this company.

We were very impressed with the service. Our options were explained in detail, and all questions answered as we required. All members of the team were friendly, thorough, and we are extremely happy with the finished door and glazed panel that JMF installed.
