Extremely polite and friendly. A good team and worked so hard in very cold weather. Very respectful of our property and would not hesitate to recommend the contractor.

The contractor was disorganised and rude.The incorrect windows were ordered as a result of disorganisation. And no efforts were made to rectify these errors until they were chased. And again I had to order all of the corrections. After completion the final product wasn�t as ordered, and after requesting some reflection in the outstanding balance of this. I was threatened with court or removal of the windows. We did agree on a discount. And finally the windows were installed after a 2 month delay. This had led to further costs. And still no apology from the company. Awful experience and
