Matt and his team were approachable, keen to discuss any aspect of the installation and attention to detail was outstanding. There was a minor scratch on one of the windows post installation. Matt pointed this out, I could hardly see it, and insisted on coming back to replace, which he did shortly afterwards. I think we could have lived with it for years and never noticed it. This exemplifies the attention to detail and high quality of the installs they do.

Arrived on time Treated the house with respect. Very little mess whilst removing the windows and nothing there when they had finished. Would use them again

Only reason I gave 9 was a small cap to the screw that holds window lever was missing. Sapphire are dealing with this to my satisfaction. Otherwise 10 in all departments, assuming the window performs to the specification over time
