my mum is elderly and harlequin windows were very considerate and advized on what was avaliable with no pressure.the window fitters did a excellent job.The salesman came back to make sure we were happy ,we would recomend them and have used them on two occasions

Competitive quote, quick turnaround from initial quote, to surveyor doing accurate measurements to installation. From my initial phone call to arrange a quote, to completed installation was only four weeks, for 8 windows and two solid wood composite doors. Steve did a good job of listening and accommodating my wish list for the project. Simon and Roger did a very proficient installation with no stress. I would definitely recommend Harlequin Windows.

Excellent workmanship

Happy with the installation and product. A few headaches with initial measurements (and quotes based on these) which were incorrect according to our architect�s plans for extension. This delayed the order and installation date.

Excellent service the windows are superb quality and make such a difference we have received loads of compliments from neighbours they were very friendly considerate and went above and beyond making sure my dogs were safe and considerate to my daughter who works shifts they always left the property clean and tidy

I have pictures of the damage caused.They installed the wrong colour bifold then berated my partner about the colour chosen.Excuses after excuses about inadequate workmanship and product set up.Devastated by this experience. Glad it’s finally over.

Very polite, punctual and professional. Answered all questions we had and seemed genuinely to want to make sure we were happy with the installation. Only had to pay about 1/3 deposit, the balance due when job was complete. When job was complete they never even mentioned the payment. I brought up the subject and they were happy for me to pay as soon as convenient.

I could not recommend Simon Edgington of Harlequin Windows highly enough.His price was very reasonable for the installation involved, and literally knocked all other highly inflated, and un-realistic quotes from the so called “Big Boys” into a cocked hat!His workmanship is first rate, and Simon is a very skilful, and knowledgeable guy.He also adjusted my back door for free which had unfortunately been fitted a few years earlier by someone who was not fir to lick his boots!I highly recommend this guy to anyone smart enough to use him for their double Glazing installation!
