Will and the team at Pristine PVC are top class, after having 5 quotes from different companies that I didn’t feel comfortable with Will came round gave us a quote and we go booked in there and then. 

The price was right, the windows and door look spot on. The difference it’s made to the outside noise is incredible and the house is actually warm now. 

The lads that came out took care and pride in their work, they cleaned up everything after themselves.

Communication with customer could be better regarding timekeeping as to when people are turning up (or not). A simple text would often be enough. Otherwise pleased with work.

Pristine pvc are an excellent firm to deal with. They arrived when they said they would, were cheerful courteous and worked hard fitting an excellent product.
The reason for the score of 9 for tidiness was although they swept up they did not wash down where mortar was spilt. Otherwise it also would have been a 10.
