On the whole I’m happy with the new front door, which is of high quality. I had issues with the quality of spray painting of the door and trims, which I reported the day after, but took nearly 6 months after initial installation to be resolved. Once everything was resolved the end product is excellent, but a shame that it took so long (or that it was even an issue to start with).

They were great. Awesome attention to detail and very tidy. Nice chaps.

The Bristol Window Company.

They installed a pair of double patio doors and a double window in my new timber framed building.

They also re-hung a pair of patio doors to my garage that were fitted by a builder that had dropped (no packers).

They first priced the worked via email and once deposit paid (50%) they attended site and measured the openings for the frames.
A couple of weeks later they booked in a mutually convenient date and installed.

2 of the 4 double glazed units had very minor imperfections from the factory (between the panes).
Bristol Windows found them and insisted they replace them.
They wouldn’t take payment until resolved.
They returned and replaced the panes with no fuss.

In my opinion, the test of a good supplier/installer is how they behave when things don’t go to plan and Bristol Windows are as professional and diligent as they come.
Which is why I’ve taken the time to write this glowing review after my experience.

They will certainly get a call from me next time.

Shanice was particularly helpful and fielded my numerous questions with kindness! Loved the showroom which really helped me to visualise the windows and french doors. On site they arrived promptly, with good humour and fitting everything according to the proposed timescale.

Really appreciated how he sanded down the (inevitable) impact on the paintwork so it was ready for me to touch up. Only slight gripe is sealant on the outer corners on the brickwork outside which I�ll need to sand off.
