After having received unreasonable quotes from another big supplier I had lost trust in the industry however Ben and his team at Radiant Design & Build changed that opinion. They were open and honest, there were no hidden costs like I had experienced with another supplier and the quotes were reasonable and affordable. I had measurements completed within a week or so of the initial visit and received the quote very shortly after. The team that were here installing the windows and door were great - friendly, professional, quick and tidy. The windows and door have made a huge difference to my home - Thanks so much!

Very happy with the installers. Unfortunately there were some issues with them running a day behind on another job which caused us some difficulties and the surveyor not measuring two of the windows correctly. Dealt with well by the installers but the communication and customer service could be improved.

Be very careful with the specification of what you want, read the quotation summary closely and don't assume anything. If you have a specific request put it in writing to the contractor. Dont just verbally instruct them.
Our problems with the contractor were all resolved amicably, yet we did not end up with exactly what we asked for.
The specifier who took the measurements did not do as we requested which was to simply match some previously installed replacement windows. When the windows were fitted we still were left with wooden sub frames showing. Not what we wanted from supposedly maintenance free replacement windows. After refusing to pay the windows were sorted by another fitter and amending the windows so no wood was showing.
