I was not present during the work, and have only seen photos of the process. As such the scores I’ve given are a guess. I’m told that my tenant is delighted with it.There is some doubt about what happened with the burglar alarm detector when the front door was changed. The contractor told me that my tenant told him that she does not use the alarm, whereas my managing agent told me that my tenant told them that she uses the alarm all the time, especially at night. Getting the alarm back in working order is going to cost me additional money. I’m slightly disappointed.
