Did not have to wait too long for delivery and was fitted very quickly this is the second time we have used the company and have always found them efficient.At the time the fitter left the lock on the door was working but later unable to open . Lock was faultPhoned the company and came straight away and the lock was replaced.These things happen and was no fault of the fitter.Even though we were in the middle of decorating and the carpets were up ,the fitter still made sure he cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy.Good customer relations and pleased with product and service

The office people who attended the phone calls were not user friendly. They did not know Mel who visited our property for measurement etc. They do not have enough information for the customer.Time keeping may be a problems with the organisation. A lot to improve on customer service.The door fitter was excellent, he did not tell his name though.

Courteous and professional

Inspection of the sealed units, post fitting, revealed a small scratch which I reported by phone. I was immediately assured that the unit would be replaced and less than two weeks later the replacement was fitted. I am very impressed.

Survey was smooth and price very competitive.Booking service / trying to contact someone from head office a bit hit and miss with early close time and the person required to speak to not always around but got there in the end.Builders on the day were sound and done a good job tidying as they went. Water in-feed pipe left central in the window opening and company stated they didn�t know there was going to be a water pipe there (obviously neither did I as I�m not a building surveyor).Said I�d need to organise a plumber or they would but at my expense (said it would be a minor cost).Was left

The work has been carried out and completed .But it took three days and not the two days that was indicated. The job of fitting the window was done by one man .I thought there would have been at least two to handle such a big window for the siting room window.

Workmanship and fitting excellent, liasion with customer regarding booking installation and general updating leading up to installtion poor requiring the customer to instigate updates. However excellent overall service and instal, will use again.
