Just need to speed up the order process otherwise no complaints

From the very first enquiry to final fitting DS windows were excellent. We would certainly recommend thus company. Matt and Rob the fitters couldn’t have been better, they were very professional and yet friendly too; they keft the place cleaner than they started.

Unfortunately the lack of communication and the mistakes made let this job down… I felt like I was a forgotten customer and had to be the one to chase up the project the whole way through. It was a very stressful experience particular when the original measurements taken were wrong, which, I was not made aware of this ahead of getting my builders to fill the gap. Plus, I had already had to put the builders back after I was told the windows were delayed, then when they arrived bits were missing, and the handles were the wrong colour ! Excellent from start to finish! From a brilliant colour image quote showing 3D design to the finished job! Rob and Matt have just completed a full house refit with new windows and doors. The service has been second to none! They have been extremely respectful of our house, friendly and polite throughout.
