The was problems and delays with the product, this was apparently due to the supplier. He did do hes best to rectify it, but communication wasn’t the best after the work was complete and I was waiting for the Certass certificate.

Work was done quickly and of high quality

I’m sorry for picking “no”, because the contractors are lovely people, but a number of problems had to be fixed with the windows, which involved quite a lot of extra work. I’m not overly impressed with the quality of the windows we now have either. At least one window looks distorted and another window’s handle feels very loose. I have also had to chase this Certass certificate for six months.

Shane installed my French doors to the highest standard – Personally he is professional, friendly and very customer focused. He carried out the work with his partner with expertise. They took away all the debris and I am currently recommending Shane to a friend. I have other work for him in the future and would not hesitate to highly recommend him. Finishing touches were just fab!

Glacier Glazing’s Shane and Chris were polite, obliging, and punctual in providing a very good and careful installation of the windows. We were pleased with their provision of protection to stair and floor carpets, also their care taken while bringing the window frames and glazed units into our home. Their very clean and tidy working was much appreciated. The end result was exactly as promised, and with which we could not be more pleased. In short – Excellent!
