Really pleased with the job. The replacement window is brilliant and just as we wanted it to be. Rich was great at maintaining good communication from quote to completion. Timekeeping was excellent. On the day of the work, Rich and Martin were focussed, efficient and discreet. They were polite, friendly, nice to have around and tidied up after themselves. All we could ask for – thank you.

Sussex Roof Windows are a small company but very professional. The stairs to the roof window were well protected during the work, Rich was courteous, explained what they would do and kept me informed during the whole time on site. The old window was removed through the house with care. Rich undertook some remedial work to the window surround to ensure a good seal, including the sourcing of additional lead to overcome (unseen) problems left by the previous roofer. Rich carried out maintenance on the other roof windows and gave general advice on these. Highly recommended.
