No pressure sale, (which was against the industry norm), helpful with clarity. Salesman was happy to provide a second visit once a decision was made to go ahead. The two man installation team were thorough in their work ethics, check and re-checked their work. Installation was quick and efficient. Installers went that extra stage to ensure that the products were installed correctly. It has been a month since installation in which the windows have been subject to extreme inclement conditions and as the cutomer would expect, the windows have safe and secure. This is a good company to deal with and I may use them again for further installtions.
