Excellent service from measuring to completion, fitters were polite, got on with the job, tidied up on completion

For customer comfort it would of been pleasant for the office to of given a courtesy call, and asked if the customer was satisfied with the quality of windows on completion of installing windows. If there was a problem, as it was in my case, it would be less stressful for the customer to have an inspection visit within 48 hours from installation date rather than the customer waiting eleven days. Other than that I was very happy with the customer service and how quick the you contacted the manufacture of issues. The issues were resolved and I would not hesitate to use your company to install the remaining windows and doors.

We had a couple of bit to pick up on on our window, one being it wasn’t
sealed under the window on the outside, but the manager rung us back very quickly and got these fixed. We had a visit the next working day. This was amended and now happy with our window.
