Can’t fault Ian in sales, nor the customer service team. However, I found the workmanship less than satisfactory. Window boards cut short, beading not neat, sloppy silicone application. Still not great but we really dont want them back out. Either lack skill or pride in their work.

Nice windows awful fitting

They arrived very promptly and completed the work in good time

After 18 months of being told they would come and fix door and never showing up I finally get this certificate. Bad service from start one of the doors is still not up to standard and was told by fitter not to lock it. I would like to know the process of getting it checked by yourselves and your help to get this put right.

Used this company for a while now. Sometimes there is a problem but in the end it gets sorted.

The fitters were punctual, polite & professional, they were friendly & helpful and did an excellent job. They respected our property and left everything clean & tidy. It was a very positive experience from the salesman’s first visit to the completion o the job. The customer service has been excellent from beginning to end & I would be very happy to recommend this company,

No end of problems with this company. Unsealed window which leaked into the house. Window off plumb.External window sill which didnt meet the substrate.Bad house keeping.Didnt protect the membrane roof as clearly stated by myself, leaving contaminants on the membrane. Bad rendering, which left cracks. Bad internal finishing. They cut out the pvc trim rather than remove blind brackets. Cheap quality product. Took 5 seperate visits to complete. Working at height with no protection in place. Couldn’t have gone any worse.

Problems from the quotation to final installation. Spec agreed and deposit paid at the end of May 2023, installation completed 2nd week in October 2023. Sales person doesn’t know what he is selling. During long waiting time for installation, spec has been changed two times, without consultation anything with me. If I wouldn’t notice discrepancies, installation would be done and I would have to pay full price for something different, that I ordered.

Polar Windows are a paradox. The individual workmen, usually subcontracted to PW are polite and some were good at communication. The workmanship was mixed: we had disastrous outcomes in relation to concrete flooring that wouldn’t set and so on. But without doubt they were among the least communicative and proactive company I have ever encountered. In the event, the work was finally complete, including an amount of snagging, several months after the originally assured completion date. I will not make the same mistake again.

After sales service very poor, quick to install, poor to repair faults

Failure to install completely out of alignment a basic failure of workmanship . Arranged for refit and times onto met . Still waiting hopeless service.

The door was installed incorrectly and has had to be re fitted due to not functioning. The communication from the company was bad and I had to take legal advice.

Product itself was excellent but fitting was rushed and important components were missed, but these were fixed later.
