Work was done swiftly without any issues. Once complete they asked us to check over the work and there were just a few tiny marks on two of the handles. They returned very quickly and replaced the handles without any problem whatsoever and even told us not to pay until they were done. Highly recommend!

1) Very pleasant work force.2) Cleaning of the leaded lights, encapsulated in the double glazing, could have been better.3) The company was happy to agree not to start work during the COVID epidemic and did not alter their quotation for the delay that this caused.4) We would warn anyone about the standard of cleaning of the the leaded lights if they asked about the standard of workmanship but they were considerably cheaper than larger companies.

The team of fitters, headed by Mr Andy Martindale, handled the whole job very professionally, from measuring to installation.

Work carried out to a high standard. Windows and lead encapsulations were exactly as quoted for with no hidden costs. Communication and customer service were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Friendly and helpful service. Any issues were addressed and resolved quickly.

Windows and administration was exceptional but was let down by the untidiness and gung ho attitude of at least one of the fitters who left render in the gutter and on floors and left the glass unclean. Damaged gutters and ridge tiles during window removal and left them. They came back to the property after I had pointed this out and foamed the ridge tiles back on. I informed nfg not to send them back and have done all the repairs/ tidying up myself.
