Really pleased with the work done and how professional and friendly they were.

Still waiting for the fitters to contact me regarding a dislodged brick around the new window frame.

John and his team did an amazing job and took great care during the knocking out and installation process. He was really helpful and kept me informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and the team did a great job.

Took two attempts due to faulty product being installed and sloppy installation, took a long time to resolve which created issues with other contractors. Second attempt still not as expected however have lost faith and decided not to bother persuing. Pictures can be provided if needed, these have been shared with Optic already.
