Great service from start to finish. Work was completed during the winter months and the guys were extremely understanding of the fact that the working area was open to the remainder of the house. The work area was always left tidy which enabled our dogs to gain access to the back garden when they were not working.

Work standards were ok and very good fitter, cleaned up so well. Process to get to that was very slow and disappointing.

The gentlemen who fitted the door was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Sadly we did have poor communication with the office and there were mistakes which lead to a long lead time. I�ve put 5 as customer service as they did offer a small amount of compensation and the product itself is good.
