Unfortunately the contractor cracked 2 of the window panes (on 2 different days) and had to re-order them and return 2 weeks later to replace them and to complete other remedial work (cill ends etc)

Dan agreed to install a set of aluminium sliding patio doors I’d sourced from elsewhere. He used an abundance of caution working with an unfamiliar product, consulting with a colleague to ensure we were all clear on what alterations to the opening might be necessary and possible issues which could arise. During installation I was kept informed of progress throughout. The doors were installed and finished to a good standard. All rubbish was removed and the site left fairly tidy.Dan was polite and courteous in all communications before, during and after installation, although I did occassion
