He quoted installation as 6-8 weeks he eventually fitted them after 5 months, excuses that the frames and Georgian bar were out of stock which I know to be untrue as other contractors had no trouble in getting them. Staff were all lovely to deal with but owner has a disagreeable attitude. The payment terms were illegal as he wanted payment within 24 hours and threatened a daily interest charge thereafter- the company is not registered as a bank therefore cannot charge a daily interest rate.Team who fitted windows very clean and helpful, but would not recomend the company after my dealings w
