The consultation was very comfortable and not pushy with good ideas that didn’t add to the overall bill. The team was very clean, thorough and polite…very good and now doing more work for us…delighted

Very professional and reliable, any minor issues with the supplied fittings were rectified immediately or within a couple of days when replacements were manufactured.
All the work was carried out to a very high standard with great care taken not to impact the existing fittings and fixtures. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to my friends and family.

Communication very poor
Quality of assesories etc window handles very poor
One broken when contractor came to install and 2 since the installation .
Contractors aftercare is disgracefully.

Many thanks for providing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel the installation and care has not been as expected. Whilst every care is taken to source and install items, unfortunately there are very limited occasions where an item is faulty, as with any product you may purchase. This faulty handle was replaced for new. Following completion of installation we received a request to inspect issues with two other handles, these issues have occurred since installation due to misuse and we have provided information on correct usage instructions. We would be happy to discuss further.

Could not fault the workmanship or service. My fitter kept me up to date with all of the work being completed and timeliness, would definitely use again.
