Unfortunately one window glass needed to be be replaced three times due to having manufactoring flaws within the glass , this led to some delay with the completion.
The lower rating for customer service is due to the lack of returning phone calls and replies to e mails.

Contractors built the extension skew from the beginning - from the foundations to the walls etc. After installing the bi-fold doors the rubber seal was bent and anytime I open the bi-fold doors, I need to stand on a ladder to push the rubber seal back which doesn't go back properly (i.e.: heat isn't sealed in or out of the house properly when the bi-fold doors are closed). The door lock was almost impossible to unlock/lock because it wasn't built straight. The floor of the extension was completely skew and had to be ripped out and redone (having to pay another contractor to do this). The rendering outside on the walls was 7cm different between the top and the bottom of the same wall, that it had to be stripped and re-rendered by another contractor who had to be repaid.
