I have worked with Falkinghams previously, who provided doors and windows for my renovation project. I had no hesitation in returning when I needed windows and doors for my extension. Edward Falkingham is very responsive and made it a positive process throughout. We are extremely happy with the end result.

Very disappointed as came highly recommended. And rather expensive, so we expected rather better finish and customer service. The lock does not work on the sneck as we were promised so there is the risk of being locked out, (it’s just a cheap tiny blue bit of plastic which won’t move – even the installer couldn’t get it to work!) and there is a gap between the architrave (reused, but new charged for) and the floor.
