A couple of minor issues with installation, but they sorted them quickly and efficiently

Jack was brilliant and so was the installer. Really pleased with everything.

After installation, when the sun was at a certain angle, I noted small scratches on the glass of my new patio sliding doors. I mentioned it to an operative when he cold-called asking if I wanted more windows installed, and he said he would pass it on to the appropriate department. I heard nothing subsequently. The doors are fit for purpose, and my life has been too busy to pursue the issue further.
In summary, the product is good, competitively priced, but not perfect.

Had to come back for some snagging 2 times but they did this in a timely fashion and we were pleased the overall result! Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the window installation! There were two or three snakes which we had to ask them to come back to sort out but they did in a timely fashion..

We had a good experience with our first order but really struggled with the second in both getting the order initially sorted as well as the installation having to be completed over 3 separate days.

The widows were fine , the problem was that one pane of glass was the wrong size , one window frame did not have an air vent as agreed , the keys provided were so flimsy they snapped in the lock . The problems were rectified the next day .

Sadly wouldn't recommend them. The salesman gave us incorrect information about trickle vents. The person measuring the window openings did so incorrectly so when the windows were fitted they had to fit substantial add-ons which meant the look of the windows is compromised and resulting in significant loss of light in the bathroom.

Cannot fault the sales representative (Karol) or the fitters, and are happy with the quality of the work, but subsequent customer service has been limited to say the least. Issues (a damaged handle and the lack of provision of the Certass Certificate) have been resolved, which we are thankful for, but all contact to EE Glazing in relation to these issues has gone unacknowledged and has not been responded to (despite the issues themselves being resolved) - which is key to great customer service.

We were only left two window keys not 10?
The two guys were great, especially as was January and my husband has dementia.

EE employees were very efficient and courteous, however the fact that 5 glazed panels had to be replaced after the initial installation and 2 subsequent visits to rectify, was not good. I understand this was nothing to do with EE but their suppliers of the glazed panels. These panels appeared to have no protection other than a couple of small sticky pads and subsequently ended up being knocked and scratched during transportation. We are very satisfied now that everything has been finished, but it took 2 extra visits and days staying in waiting for engineers to finish.

Window installer did a brilliant job

Whilst the Salesperson and Surveyor were polite and helpful at EE Glazing, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the fitter. He arrived on 12 .01.24 at 7.40 am (earlier than agreed). He was very off-hand and rude during the whole of the fitting. In fact he was not able to complete the work due to faulty beading. Consequently we held back £200 from the final payment - we were glad to get him out of the house. On 19 January a maintenance man came round to replace and re-fit the beading. Fortunately this person was much more accommodating. We asked about the Certass Cert and have had to chase this up twice.

The contractors were punctual, hardworking & even cleaned up. They were also very cheerful & a pleasure to meet.

Window fitter where very good but the office staff had a very limited knowledge of there own products and very slow in communication

Forgot to add trims door

Had to refit the door owing to incorrect alignment, this was after 4 engineers visiting

Excellent in all respects. Delighted with our window and doors.
The only negative aspect was the constant telephone calls from customer service trying to encourage more work to be done.I stopped answering the phone. I do understand business but it was ridiculous.

The original door was warped! So after several call outs a new door should be fitted in two weeks

There was no cooling off period given, despite this being a distance selling service and pressure was felt to book during the measuring/quotation appointment. Very disappointed with the level of workmanship, attention to detail during installation, customer service after installation and how long it took for post installation issues to be dealt with despite numerous calls to them. Despite this, they continued to call to book further installations at the property. They have been made aware that no further work will be passed their way by the current occupants of the property.

Windows are good. But sales team do call constant now about extra work.

I am delighted with my new windows and the workers who fitted them.

Although the window design was exactly as we wanted, I was dissapointed to find the inside of the windows were still misting up in colder weather,same as windows that were replaced even with the vents open. EE salesman said there windows were gas filled and should stop this.
The two men who fitted the windows did a good job worked hard and completed the job in one day left a bit to clear up after they left.

There was an issue with the company ordering an incorrect door but they soon sorted out the issue and a new door was provided and fitted in a timely fashion.
The fitters were cheerful, professional and efficient.

Although we are happy with the final results of the work, we did unfortunately have quite a few issues which resulted in the installation team having to return to our house multiple times which was a little disappointing. I would therefore be unable to recommend.

Issues with patio door bolts and no door retainers fitted but fixed promptly on 2 return visits

They were on time every day and was clean and tidy and completed the work on time.

The workman were really good this company which have had 2 names and is now EE are a disgrace
I ordered a bay window was given a price which I agreed to paid £555 deposit 2hen I asked why I hadn't recieved my window I was told price too cheap and would quote me for more I proceeded to tell them they broke my contract with me
And I want my deposit back as they were breaking my contract .
As of today, 13.11 23 I have never recieved my 555 pounds . So no I have nothing good to say about this company bit praise for workmen

After two visits to adjust door still getting water holding in left side lower seal after rain.
Also hard to get hold of once installed.
