The downfall from the EcoGlaze office has been my continuous requests for over 4 months by E Mail, phone calls and messages for our hard copy and E Mail copies of their Invoice, Guarantee Certificate and the Certass Registration Certificate. This is extremely important to us which I have emphasised many times. When finally last week I received the E Mail copy of the invoice there were numerous errors on it, the address, phone number, the amount paid and others. Errors also on the first Certass E Mail you sent. I have been able to correct some.

Fantastic company - communication and workmanship second to none. This company asked me to review them on Trustpilot but came across this and thought I’d leave another!
