Sold a door and called on the day they could not supply said door even though they had ordered the windows. Communication within the company seems to need work and clear lines of communication for who does what. Amicable outcome was achieved however was very stressful for us as a customer. The interior trimming also was a bit messy in places and some trim has been fitted which has been scratched and marks don’t come off.
