NB Installations completed back of property replacements first with excellent work, really happy. They then completed front of property the same also happy.

The team need to invest in a small portable hoover so that the inside of the frames can be cleaned on installation.

The job was carried out with little disruption to the household and the installer was very careful to get all measurements and fittings spot on.
Good to have a contractor who supplies carpet protection too.

Although the contractor was advised a specific day I would be away and told to carry out the work on other days the contractor carried out the work whilst I was away. When I returned the next day I immediately saw that the window glass was plain not the obscure ordered. Eventually the contractor replaced the glass with an obscure one. Had I been present during the work as arranged I would have seen the workmanship provided advice and may not have been left with so much tidying up work to do. I am still waiting for the 10 year guarantee certificate.
