The team were extremely efficient, hard-working, respectful and polite. I am thoroughly delighted with the outstanding service from start to finish and the excellent work completed.

Raised a couple of minor snags and these were dealt with really quickly

Communication with the contractor was poor as he didn’t return or reply to some of my enquires. I had to call numerous times to rearrange required follow up work. The date and time for the follow up work was vague. These are the only reasons I wouldn’t recommend the contractor.
The contractor was friendly and informative when he came to carryout the installation.

Requested an adjustment of the front door due to problems with locking it, did apply WD40 (which worked) as suggested which eased the problem but they still haven’t attended to make the adjustments
