Sent 2 surveyors out and they both selected products that did not fit the tight space available.
It took a year to start the installation, not sure how much of that delay was due to them or CSE.

Everything was completed as promised and despite a few things that I was not made aware of prior to the installation (more like pleasant surprises than issues) I was properly informed. Contractors were polite, friendly, their work was clean and tidy and everybody was very helpful. The work was done to a good standard and I felt that my home was respected and well cared for.

I had never heard of ESW before the intended work was planned. If only all contractors and their staff were like those of ESW! Every person that I dealt with from beginning to end, from receptionist to workmen on site, were excellent representatives of their company and completed their tasks properly and efficiently.

The contractor’s staff were polite, tidy and pleasant to have around. All stages of the work were explained to me.

It was difficult to rate the WORKMANSHIP STANDARDS. As I had a �builder� , plumber, electrician and window fitters. Most did a brilliant job but I could only average it out at 5.

The operations handler Jess was amazing.

The installers were friendly and did (what looks to me as) an excellent job of installing the windows and doors. They also installed various ventelation items, which all look good but the clearing up was not as good as the Window/Door guys.
