Went to them as an established local firm who have provided service to us before. As always, very helpful and good quality products, competently fitted.

We have been very pleased with the new windows Alpine recently installed for us. The window fitters worked really hard and in a tidy way during the installation. Inevitable 'snags' following installation were addressed and resolved. However we found the organisational side of the company to unfortunately be less satisfactory at times. The main issue here was insufficient communication with us in finalising the details of the installation prior to work commencing. We found we often had to send emails to communicate our choices in order to be certain they had been recorded accurately. Often receipt of these emails was not acknowledged. This is an area of business that the company needs to improve so that future customers can feel confident throughout the all their dealings with Alpine.

The window installation has certainly made a improvement to the appearance of the front of my house for all future work I shall definitely be using Alpine Windows and Doors.
In the past double glazing companies had a bad reputation probably earned by slipshod work by the fitters employed but not only is the Alpine product of a high standard but they are exceptionally well fitted as well.

A first class installation very professional shall be having more work done by them.
