Excellent service throughout from the initial point of contact through to installation of
the door. The written communication from the office has also been excellent.

After a bit of a wait for the door to be fitted it came with the wrong blind fitting but have been reassured all will be fine and it will be because they know their stuff so no worries here.

Urban Doors and Windows were a pleasure to work with. Adrian spent a long time with us ensuring that the manufacture would be exactly as we wanted it, and the guys who did the fitting were efficient, friendly, considerate and worked very tidily.

All the tradesmen who work for Urban Windows are extremely proficient, their attention to detail and finishing was impeccable as was their timekeeping. Despite extremely inclement weather whilst with us, their attention to detail was still evident.
