I am somewhat surprised that it has taken this long to receive the Certass certificate. The work was completed in June 2023 and we are now May 2024.

There was clearly a dispute between C&A Windows and the installers they had contracted the work to . We had to raise several concerns resulting in the original installers being asked not to come back to remedy the poor finishing. We also incurred significant costs in repair to the front bay which was damaged by the initial installers when they removed the old windows. A project which was originally programmed for two weeks extended to approx. three months, which also increased our scaffolding costs.
