The replacement of our internal front door with a door manufactured by Rock Door came highly recommended. This recommendation was excellent as the door is very impressive and robust. Wes was quick to communicate, came out to give a quote when he said he would and knew all about the product and gave great advice on what options might best suit us without any pressure to buy anything.

The door arrived in a few weeks and was fitted very quickly. Wes was exceptionally tidy and careful and left the house and outside as clean as when he arrived. The door itself was defective and Wes negotiated a replacement with the manufacturer which again arrived quickly and was installed within a couple of days.

I would highly recommend Wes and we have gone on to order some replacement windows from him.

What I like most apart from his honesty, tidiness and product knowledge, is that you know he is coming to do the fitting himself rather than running a company that then sends an employee to do the fitting once the owner has done the quote, and it’s the luck of the draw as to whether you get someone professional or competent.

Incidentally there were 4 approved Rock Door fitters in our area. Wes’s quote was one of the cheapest, and over £1,000 cheaper than our local dealer who were quite frankly taking the Michael, but after his first visit to quote we would have gone with him even if he had been one of the more expensive. Says it all.

Wes was extremely thorough and conscientious with his work. It was not a straight forward installation due to the age of the house and nothing being straight or at right angles. Wes talked through the different solutions with me and I couldn’t have been happier with the result, it looks great and was very tidy.

The contractor was great helping us choose the correct door etc to suit us. He was Polite, and very respectful of the surrounding paintwork etcThe area was left clean and tidy.Brilliant !!!
