I am very happy with my new door has ordered, fab job, however I would have liked inside framework finished around the hallway door has I now need to find a plasterer myself and incur extra costs etc.. it would have been good to at least have a plasterer available has an option at the time to complete and finish job. I have spoken to other companies and this job would have been completed within the final price with no further charges.

One window wasn’t as agreed to by both the salesman & surveyor, quite disappointed by this as we did spend a lot of time explaining what we wanted the new window to do , a replacement back to the original style was offered but that would have been totally pointless . An external bracket was fastened underneath the front bay window without us being advised of this ( we dont like it but have been advised it gives extra support )

I’m really delighted with my new windows. The fitters did a lovely neat job. I live in an apartment and they have to match the ones they took out which are 25 years old. They match perfectly and the craftsmanship is immaculate. I’m thrilled to bits and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
