I recently replaced four windows with new UPVC ones. The windows are of excellent quality, the manufacturer provided outstanding service, and the price was very reasonable. The installers worked carefully and diligently. I would recommend them to my friends.

The 2 installers were very polite and honest. They identified a product fault and discussed this with me and this was remanufactured and installed weeks later. Very happy with my purchase.

My feedback has been discussed directly, I do not wish to repeat the negative details of the experience we have received dealing with Basfords.I do appreciate the efforts to finalise the completion documents since leaving the review on Google.

It has taken over 12 months to obtain this certificate, and the service post-install has been absolutely appalling from Basfords (even though the installer looks like they have a different Ltd company name now, which seems highly dubious)Sadly, I would not be recommending this company to anyone.
