We have rated the reliability and timing a little lower as the installation took longer than anticipated due to manufacturing issues with the supplier.

Windows were ordered from KB glass and it took many months to get the windows fitted as the company was going into liquidation. They then fitted them through the new company coastal windows. I have had to constantly chase the certificate

Good quality units, well fitted, and backed up by first class customer service. The fitters were excellent, and left everything clean and tidy. Overall, an extremely satisfied customer.

Not as tidy as previously installed windows.
